The Difference Between Basic Edits and Fully Retouched Images {Frisco Portrait Photographer}
Posted on May 9, 2010
Many clients ask what the difference is between the fully retouched image and the image that has only received basic edits. Hopefully this will help make the difference between the two clear! When I am editing images from a client’s photo session, I fully retouch any images that will be put on the blog, but the remainder of the images only receive basic edits. After the client sees their proofing gallery and places their order, any ordered images receive the full retouch process. This saves a tremendous amount of time, but it also shows the vast amount of work editing can be – and why Goldapple Photography is not a “shoot and burn” business, but a boutique photography business.
