This session was an especially fun one for me because this sweet couple is in my small group, and I loved getting to capture the wonder of their first pregnancy (and then a few weeks later, their first baby!)! Mindy was due on Christmas Day, so the bow and tag was very apropos! But she ended up delivering two days early, but they got home on Christmas Day

Back in February, I donated a gift certificate for a couples session to the Denton Bible Church Valentine’s Day banquet – and this lucky couple, Steve & Candice, won! Not only that, but they are actually engaged and needed to have engagement portraits done – so it worked out very well . They are getting married in less than a week *insert squeal here!* so little did I know when I asked them to meet me at 8:00am, I was getting them out of bed after bachelorette/bachelor parties…. oops! But they were troopers, and even in the crazy humidity and heat (at 8 am!!!), we got some awesome images. Candice and Steve – enjoy your sneak peek! I can’t wait for you to see the rest of your images!!! And CONGRATS on your wedding this weekend!!!!!
I love that picture above – she looks so excited and free!!!
Lastly, I am a huge fan of this – they are getting married in their Chuck Taylor Converses! I love my Chucks, so when Candice told me that, I got pretty excited. So of course, we had to catch just their shoes .
