creative fee: $175

The non-refundable creative fee secures your session date and covers artist’s time/talent only.  It provides you with a 1-3 hr. on-location* photo session and a 7-day online gallery** of at least 35 proofs from which to select images for purchase.  Choose from the following session types:

~individual: portraits, 2-3 locations
~just the kids: up to three siblings
~maternity during the seventh/eighth month
~newborn: focus on the baby (under 2 weeks) and some interactions w/ mom & dad; add a bonus 1-hr maternity for $75
~senior: focus on the graduate; 2-3 locations
~couple/engagement: focus on the couple; add a bonus 1-hr bridal for $75
~family: +$75: a more candid session for up to 5 members of same immediate family***; more proofs

~save-the-dress session: $225: 2 hour session at two locations. Consider this version the kinder, gentler version of the usual “Trash the Dress”. The concept of “Save the Dress” is just that – “save the dress!” Don’t rush it to the dry cleaner and have it preserved in that special keepsake box just yet.  No, pull that dress out one more time, let your hair down, kick off your shoes and have some fun ….relax, the stresses of your wedding day are now behind you. Husbands? Most of you probably rented that tux for the wedding. No worries. Just pull on a nice button down shirt (ties not required) and a dressier pair of pants.

~mini session: $550
A session lasting 30-45 min. for up to 3 members of the same immediate family [ie. mom, dad, and child; pets DO count in this number; babies must be at least 3 months old]. A clothing change halfway through is included. The digital negatives will be put on a CD – after the session, I will delete images that are no good (out of focus, eyes closed, etc.), but then you get the rest of the images! There will be at least 30 images, but usually more. These files will receive basic edits, but no further retouching. You will also receive a limited print release for your digital negatives (Images will be printable up to 8×10). You will also receive 1 fully retouched 8×10 enlargement of the artist’s favorite image. Enlargements are printed on lustre paper with linen texture and mounted for durability. You have the option to purchase additional prints and products (fully retouched) at a 10% discount. Mini sessions also have quick turnaround: your CD will be shipped to you within 3 weeks, usually sooner!**.

- ALL prices are subject to local sales tax.
- I prefer cash/checks.  I also accept credit cards via PayPal.
- Credits & prices expire 30 days after gallery is posted.  Credits and special offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Unordered images will be purged after 30 days.
- Shipping charges apply to out-of-town orders or if client requests shipping.- Orders take 2-8 weeks to process (books take the longest).  Orders are delivered once all items are in.
- Please, NO substitutions in collections.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
*Client is responsible for fees related to location choice (parking, admission, etc.); travel up to 60 miles round-trip from 76201 is included; contact me for rates on additional time/travel.

** Galleries are good for 7 days; $45 to upload an additional day.
*** Immediate family includes parent(s) & their child(ren). I cannot combine sessions with other families.
