What to Expect
~What to Expect~
~I usually start my sessions with candid/casual shots to allow for ‘warm-up’ time in front of the camera. Afterwards, I will work in a few select traditional poses. However, I enjoy receiving honest emotions that are not always given in traditional poses, so I focus on “photojournalistic” type photos.
~I will travel to your home or location to ensure your session is a private, comfortable, relaxed and fun experience. You are only asked to provide the memories.
~Portrait sessions usually last between 1-3 hours, depending on location, individual and the type of portraits sought.
~Maternity photos should be scheduled and taken after the 7th month of pregnancy because the belly will be at its best shape then.
~For my new moms – make sure to schedule your newborn’s appointment by his/her 2nd week birthday; this ensures newborn moments are captured to its fullest potential. There will be NO sitting fee for newborn portraits if maternity pictures were taken with me!
~Viewing Your Proofs
About 2 weeks after the photo shoot you will receive an e-mail with a password or a phone call to view your pictures in an online gallery. During busy seasons it may take up to 3 weeks. All photographs will be edited prior to your viewing. Some portraits may be black and white, sepia, or color accented. At your request any photo may be changed to black and white to color and vice versa.
~Placing Your Order
Ordering your prints is done online. While viewing your proofing galleries, each photo will have an option to “add to cart”. When you are done adding the pictures to your cart, you may then view the cart and select which sizes and quantities of prints you wish to order. Your order should be placed within 7 days of viewing your proofs. If you do need additional time to decide, each additional day your gallery is online will be $45 per day. You can arrange payment at a later date via e-mail. Payments by check may be made out to Stacey Duncan.
~Payment
Your order must be paid in full before I begin any design work. Full payment must be received before you receive your order. All sales are final.
~Receiving Orders
Orders typically are available between 10-14 business days from this processing date. We can meet so you can pick up your photos, or you can have them shipped to you for a $10 shipping charge (additional charges apply for portraits larger than an 8×10 print).
~Stacey Duncan reserves the right to use all images in any form such as, but not limited to, use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. It is illegal to scan, copy or print any images by Goldapple Photography purchased or not. Violators will be prosecuted and fined up to $250,000.00 Thank you for respecting Stacey’s work & livelihood by choosing not to reproduce her images!
